Online Sales/Marketing Consultant
As a result of continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a talented inside sales/marketing professional for a full time position.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to close
- Heavy outbound sales calls to dental and medical offices offering Solution21's products such as website packages, SEO, PPC, social media, etc.
- Identify marketing needs of potential customers and offer Solution21's solutions that fit those needs
- Be able to present advanced features of Solution21's products and articulate the ROI for the client
- Effectively manage sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term client relationships
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly targets
- Work with Online Marketing Coordinator post launch to ensure customers
are receiving consistent value and create opportunities for up sale
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience making outbound calls to generate sales with small-medium service based companies
- Proven success in cold calling and field sales
- Successful Sales Representatives must be proficient at conducting needs analysis
- Strong knowledge of small business advertising needs
- Ability to build relationships with clients over the phone quickly and effectively
- Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data
- Medical Sales background is a big plus
- Strong time management skills

Website Support Position
We are looking for an addition to our website support team in Irvine.
Duties include:
- Updating website HTML and CSS coding
- Troubleshooting email and website issues
- Customer service through phone and email
- Introducing clients to other services that can enhance their web presence
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- HTML knowledge is a must
- Ability to communicate to clients over the phone
Preferences:
- Previous customer support experience
- Experience with graphic programs such as Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in website development

Sales Assistant
As a result of continued growth and expansion, Solution21 is looking for a
talented sales rep for a full-time position.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by acknowledging
every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer
service
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close
sales
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Sales manager
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a sales representative in either dental or medical
field preferred, but entry level candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous Internet Sales experience is strongly preferred
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and
presentation skills
- Knowledge of SEM & SEO is preferred
